Anyone had a better understanding?
My reading is:
Loss: 68% of Condensate.
Gain: 17% of the Gas.
"+" in the deal: Financial uncertainty removed.
"-" in the deal: Lost large chunk of Crux asset to Shell.
fact:
Deal has Nothing to do with Prelude gas owned by Shell, the JV only for Crux.
Nxs has to bear its share of project cost.
I am not sure about the share price.
valuation of the deal?
