yep I agree. the fact that DSE have cash on hand with now what looks like an extremely well timed CR and the business outlook for a positive FY23 DSE are in a good position to take advantage in this environment. DSE is down marginally compared to some of the other companies in the IT sector. it's holding up well and long term I remain bullish.
