As much as I hate this deal, it is done. IOH shareholders took 1/3 of BCI producing assets, future earnings, dividend plus $16m cash, and we poor BCI shareholders in return gets 2/3 of IOH non producing asset in a free falling iron ore environment. I am sure if the deal is announced today, the takeover price would be under 70c per share
