    Just one remaining question. If they don't make to 90% will they walk, or live with the minorities?

    From the offer doc:
    (b) Minimum acceptance
    At the end of the Offer Period, BC Iron has a Relevant Interest in at least 90% of the IOH
    Shares (on a fully diluted basis).

    As at 24/9 they were only at 78.09%.
