Tomo ... Your calculations make sense to me. You of course meant to write that 71 million new shares in BCI would be issued. The calculations could be refined by taking into account "in the money" options (if any). Your figure of $2.81 sets a kind of minimum valuation for the merged entity in the current market. Hopefully synergies and scale mean the valuation of the merged entity is greater than the sum of the parts. I heard Ken Morgan on The Business (ABC) tonight speak positively about the deal.
