your costs are too low mate.
Even lynas "expects" costs to be at 28$ per kg while you have them at 15?
I expect these to blow-out for the first few months also, as they get things commissioned so expect maybe 30-35$/kg costs.
Re-align your spreadsheet using this and there will be a major difference, still positive from where we are though.
