I think the problem is they would need to swallow Rose Petals also... and I dont think he would want to be giving up his share of Billions anytime soon...
We as investors would have somewhat realistic expectations of what a good price would be for a Takeover...
however sometimes others who own a share of it, dont want 200Million, they want BILLIONS because somewhere said it "might" have that much
