They want 115 million shares in order to get to 80%. They officially own 80million plus about 15 million from directors which leaves them about 20million shares short.
Not sure how many instos are holding and if they're likely to accept such such a lame offer, but if they don't, it's hard to see so many holders suddenly accepting given how resolute they were when the original offer was made.
