equity price: mkt value = present value of cashflow – less any funding needed
coal price: current low-vol met coal 7.5 csn = $265-70/t, NAE is 9 csn/fsi so 9/7.5*268 = $315/t
at $315/t value is 45cps (current sp is 25% of this)
at $268/t value is 28cps (current sp is 40% of this)
looking across other small scale, initial stage studies, but that should get funding projects, most trade around 30-35% of equity value, about where NAE is trading.
