I think that's a very fair point Eagle and have considered that too. It wouldn't be the nicest place to work, although probably only marginally worse than many others (just due to the heat). My own thoughts are that there wont be a problem getting the workforce, but that they will have to pay a little more. I assume the labour costs have been accurately factored into the feasibility. I think the Marble Bar airport upgrade and ability for direct (fast) jet flights was also intended to add to the job proposition.

I agree with Aqua and Pinecone too, in that once the project takes off, the whole area will benefit and facilities, food joints (not sure if they have restaurants yet) etc will improve.
