I see they implied value at 0.007c buy price.(note I said implied not actual)
well depends on how you value.
it takes into account an implied valuation of the options and then deducts this from the purhcase $ amount to execute them.
Now if they are executed then the actual cost indeed is 1.3c, then the other options are 2.5, 5, 7.5c
So if they are executed the actual vlaue is 1.3c, if they are not then they have no value and the cost to tee is only the interest.
So it's as I first put about 2.25c avg to get all the shares is what it will cost GeSaf.
and they (note section 2.7) intend to add in other companies by using the funds injected to buy them.....I wonder who and what they have in the sideline....the AGM will be interesting.
to me I don't care what they buy at as long as it's 5c in 6 months!!
