Notice that in this presentation the NI 43-101 (ie, JORC) resource is only 157 Mlbs, with 82 Mlbs labelled "historical". I think this means that the other resource estimates predate the NI 43-101 and JORC standards, so they may not necessarily be estimates with the same "rigour" as the NI 43-101 & JORC codes.
Nonetheless, for simplicity of comparison the 236 Mlbs seems to be the right figure to use.
