I am starting to think anyone who invests in a listed fund manager is mad.
I have to admit it's one of the worst investment decisions I made. I admittedly fell for the PR and advertising spin. That and the fact people continued to invest with Magellan despite the ongoing underperformance.
There seems to be a steady rise in the amount of posters trying to flaunt wealth and status. My house here, my holidays there... you are poor... sucks to be you...
It's such an American thing to do - the shameless boasting about your riches (whether real or fictional).
Shame it's creeping in here as well.
