With the rating houses decreasing their funds, ie don't think this is good..
The rating houses 'investment badges' are sought of like the S&P and Moody's when it comes to debt.
Lower 'investment badge' less inclination for financial planners to recommend the fund.
Regardless of one's philosophy of the correctness, this is the reality.
