    lol its even worse, passive index means buy based on market cap.
    Those cyclicals are not microsoft or apple (ie secular long term growers), they are cyclicals. Over pay for cyclicals at ones own long term peril, yet this is exactly what the index funds are doing, as the cyclical shares market cap increase, the indexes increase their weighting. Lol I bet the indexes are buying lots of coal shares nowsmile.png (and just as I am starting to take baby steps in exiting my coal positionssmile.png)
