To understand Jack 1960 one needs to understand or at least have a decent grasp of securities pricing and valuation.
I totally believe that Jack 1960 is an 'honest guy'. But again, you need to go back to the above comment to understand the philosophy of Jack 1960. Fail to understand this, one will fail to understand both the nature and the context of his posts.
