Quite simply his "strategy" is absolute stupidity and should be avoided at all costs.
He's basically saying he has no idea when to buy into the stock, his only strategy is to keep buying on the way down and hope to hell at some point it recovers.
Only an idiot would be buying this until they stop bleeding FUM. It's really very simple.
