The American market was down close to 30% at one point, aggressive rate raising already happened. Fed minutes and broad discussion by economists in the US suggests a strong easing of inflation, a reduction of hike magnitude and a greater focus on GDP.
Where have you been the past 12 months? You're a year too late to think this is an intelligent thing to say.
