    It would be interesting to get thoughts on valuation from people also. This company sounds interesting but now has a $ 100m valuation. Arguably its accomplished a DFS , some permits although lacking a key and definitive one.
    How and who will provide financing and why was one party announced and then subsequently bought out through a capital raise with no further financing announcement? What's going on ?
