CHM are now 8 months into their phase 1 trial for their CarT drug. They have said they hope to start their phase 2 trial on that drug as soon as possible after the phase 1. They have also said there is a chance of FDA approval after the phase 2 trial. And as this has already happened recently, with other CarT drugs, it could well happen. Market cap is larger than PTX.
PTX have stated they will start trialing their CarT teck in 2023. But they already have PTX 100 and PTX 200 in trial now, and should have readouts from both before the end of year. Lowest market cap of all three.
IMU have two ! cell drugs showing great promise in trial now. They have two CF33 drugs to start trial soon. And are planning on getting their CarT drug to phase 1 trial in 2022. This has a market cap 15 to 25 larger than the other two.
Although all three companies are moving into the CarT space, all are different. I like them all however I stopped buying IMU when it got to 3c (I have 3.5 million of them). I have 1.5 million PTX heads and the same number of OCs. 600k of CHM. By maket cap PTX could give the better bang for buck. But that depends all on drug results. Any of the three could be a star.
Your allocation is a very personal thing. Only you will know your risk tollerance and what you feel will do better.
