I think I asked this before but I can't find the answer. Since we all believe PSA is just about finalised... why do we believe it is not priced in?
Same with farmout partner?
Are there buyers waiting in the wings, who haven't yet bought in because PSA hasn't been signed? Surely if they've been following us here, they would be all but certain it is guaranteed right?
Just asking because I'm expecting this to at least double in price once PSA announced.
