Vampiric directors seem to be a common and world-wide pestilence.
Companies are drained via direct looting and then the inevitable dilutions to patch up the holes left by the directors' fangs.
Their predations should be properly regulated, but how to do it effectively whilst increasing company productivity, shareholder and worker returns is the question.
I j ust got bitten by the voracious TAM board and their prolific capital raising issues, so perhaps I am glad I didn't buy HIG after all.
