    How far can this go on reserves plus cash value
    Assume 15 Mboe post Beibu of producing reserves
    15x 30 dollars per oil barrel 450 m ( all barrels will be developed and in prod )
    Add cash and RSC inv 90 million
    100 m for Balai value
    640 /341 current market cap
    Upside on reserves value 92 cents
    No value for Bohai or Block H included
    Similar upside on a PE calc using a PE of 12 ish ( sector average 18)
