    I checked ASIC public documents re Livingstone Petroleum and note they formed December 2004, then changed shareholders around April 2005. I have no idea re office bearers or owners at this stage.

    Instead I have sent an email to Orchard, requesting more information. I will post whatever information I receive.

    At the very least, I am learning something about valuing exploration companies and their projects.
