The AGM note seems like a piece of bad legislation, where a dodgy payrise is tacked on to something worthwhile (addition of GRAM director).
I think that people should be rewarded for effort. From 800k - 1200k is a huge jump, are they really doing a 50% better job? We should put it in the context that the rest of the workforce is fighting for a 5% increase, if anything at all.
Regarding "saved the company" - they made some good decisions (ie what we expect of them), but we, and GRAM, came to the party to make sure of it.
