In my opinion he can have his raise when the company returns to my original buy in price of 90 cents, plus another 20 cents for the stress of holding this company throughout the gfc! He has done a great job in securing the comapanies future but a little early to reap the rewards before shareholders by geting an enormous renumeration increase.
