On current earnings RIO is trading on a PE of between 3 and 4 heading toward zero debt. Somethings wrong - it's too cheap ! They made 10 US bill in 08 at lower prices and lower tonnages than now (FE - division). capped at 40 AUD bill - gives a PE of ~ 3.
