You don't need to treat the AL as a project.... it is not a mineral deposit.... Once things are built, running etc thats when PE's kick in. This doesn't have a "mine life" etc.
Either way, given US volumes are 20 times the AUS ones... whats the Overseas plans worth? One could easily take about many many multiples from here.
And then we have the Silica etc..... oh the blue sky...
