when the upgrade to the Moolap plant is commissioned and working fine the price will more likely be +80c IMO. Why?
I think that the market will fathom the likelyhood of the US contracts proceeding as being very high probability. My research indicates that the US and others cannot wait for confirmation before they quickly adopt technology.
