Cheers Aksier, it's a good way to value that particular factory - given it is a fixed contract business with a finite throughput capacity. Not sure it will be much help with MHM's SP prediction though as it assumes no growth in earnings. Due to the growth implied in the business model a p/e ratio might be more appropriate if the process is proven and even this would undervalue as the US is a much larger market.
What P/e? lol, thats the million dollar question - similiar Co''s 10 - 17. - Why I'll likely still be buying at 40c.
