I am looking at getting into IFE. Do not hold any stock yet, just number crunching.
Here are my numbers:
Iron Ore Price
USD $120
Foreign Exchange
$1 US = $1 AUS
Annual Production
2 mtpa
Grade
62% Fe
OPEX
$51/tonne
Annual Revenue
$2 x $120 x 0.62 = $148.8 million
Annual Opex
$2 x $51 = $102 million
Gross Profit
$148 - $102 = $46 million
Any comments most welcome.
