It is easy to get carried away with figures in valuing NMC, the only direct plus of late is weakness in the Aussie Dollar against the US currency.

The fall in SED to 26 cents seems to have affected NMC pushing them down to 6.4 cents.

SBM have offered shareholders 1.25 NMC for each SBM share and there price is down to 7 cents.

NMC concerned about the SED offer are putting out Ann's to try to get them to drop the offer or pursuade NMC shareholders not to accept.

SBM are still selling NMC shares to reduce their debts, and finance their Meekatharra and Paddy's Flat mines.
