NTA for these sorts of businesses don't work, what value can you put on port Kembla,unless its being bought out by another steel co.Just to rehab. the site the cost is estimated at 1.5billion +, all these costs have to be taken into account, the only thing you can put fairish value to is stock(steel), which can be sold, but even that they inflated the price to such an extent they had to write it all down last financial year, be very weary of this co.
