    Received a response from an email i sent to carl last night. Basically nothing has changed since their last announcement ie the are working on a number of defences and the valuation which will take a little time. The company is asking shareholders to be patient as they want to get this right and also for s/h to note that the offer does not close until the 22nd Dec.
