A valuation of GCN is speculative until we see PI listing price have heard 30 cents mentioned and that will list on ASX before Xmas.
My take is that if you have a shop or business with all the expertise and know how in running it for 10 years which GCN has been doing and you join with a company that has the customers then this is how both grow.Then if the company with the shop and infustructure shares 50/50 in future profits it has to be a win.
When PI lists at 30 cents then Mr Market will rerate GCN from its 2.3 cents currently IMHO.
