From what l understood at the AGM there could be one or more cornerstone investors,as long as they get the cash it doesn't really matter how many l would of thought,at least it would put a price on it.l would also hope the investors had nothing to do with sino companies.lt was talked about the cornerstone investors shares being in escrow for a year ,but l am not sure about this as this was a GCN AGM and not a P1 meeting so l am sure this would of been worked out allready
