Very profound cdmick, thanks. If a patch provides all the benefits that have been mentioned previously over the oral method and saves money then governments will have no problems transferring across the subsidy to the patch method.
What you say may be very applicable for a new drug. This is not a new drug just a different delivery mechanism.
I don't quite understand your comment about valuation. If you value a biotech I would have thought you'd take all thing since consideration, not produce a figure and halve it and halve it again. Why not just value it correctly in the first place?
