Whilst I too don't believe there would be another Capital Raising so soon after the last one , the flip side to that argument is that if a Cap Raising was presented to us , one would expect it to coincide with the upcoming Reserves Increase & would be solely used on acquiring machinery that gets the oil to market faster.
As we , on a comparative basis to other oil & gas explorers/players , have a relatively small number of shares on issue then another small dilution to increase production of our ever increasing reserves , I think , would again be warmly received.
Adding to that....any Capital Raising done for these quality reasons would want to be making sure that this time us , & I use term very loosely , " Unsophisticated Investors " get a fair suck of the sausage !!
