Curious to understand the valuation on this stock.
In today's announcement WHC has sold a 10% stake in Maules Creek (a mine in development) for $375 million. Would this not value Maules Creek at $3.75 billion of which WHC currently has 85% (before this sale)?
Interstingly, WHC has 5 producing mines and 2 mines in development yet the whole market cap for the stock is $3.9 billion.
It just does not make sense????
