Quick, back of the envelope calc of value of MGX.
1. Using PMM as a benchmark [only because I know they're figures] FY03/04 NPAT $35m on 180m shares gives PE ratio of 20.
2. Now for MGX. In FY 05/06 MGX eps is expected to be 15c [James Chessell February 26, 2005]. On this basis, share price should travel to 15c x 20 = $3.00.
Anyone with time may want to run their brain over this...
