Who owns the asset. If us - dont worry about current share price
What will Genorah settle for - they have provided a few crumbs of late to keep this thing ticking over, having knocked back mcuh higher valuations previously. Will they really roll over for $0.10 -$0.30 after the passing of time.
Will DRA and other rollover for $0.30 after this time? Capitulation volume? Would seem strange
Focussed management. With Z on board and some existing G boys keeping them honest too - that useful tension to have.
For me - my concern centres around the first question. I want G & T resovled beyond dispute. These are the only key dependencies for me - everythign else around fundamentals, inherent and controllable risks, management etc.. are mitigatable factors.
