Re valuation, it all comes down to future sales and profits at the end of the day. Looks like they will have increased sales, but time will tell whether that will be at the low or high end of contractual expectations.
As for profit, well, gross margins are not great at all, so it all depends on the efficiency of the factory, and the absence of recall/warranty issues.
At $28m market cap, the stock is overvalued on results to date, but if they can finally deliver, they might be able to kick on from here.
