has anyone done a recent valuation, based on the PFS, that shows potential annual earnings?

some assumptions would have to be made on how much capex payback is required but i wonder what valuations would come out if there were not the funding uncertainty?

surely brokers etc would have some sort of spreadsheet analysis that they can quickly update as news comes out to say what the company is worth on a funded go forward basis. plenty of sophs and instos paid double what we are trading at now and the uncertanty was just as great, if not more back then so there must be some real value in the project.
