9/12 Abraxas Petroleum has sold 1200 net acres in McMullan county for 73M.the deal includes 1200 net acres from a 25%working interest in 5986 gross(4809.5net)acres and net production 655boepd(90%oil) Proved reserves 3.7mboe.

9/9 Sanchez Energy purchased 3600 net acres ,2000 booepd,11mmboe proved reserves for US$220m in McMullan county.
Sea has 8000 net acres with approx 4000/5000 boepd, in McMullan County,looking at the above the valuation FOR THE Eagle ford asset would be around current market cap US$400M
leaving the other assets valued at zero.
