Yes you are correct, i am mistaking that article for something else. I come accross great articles all the time about the rlc and speed industry and ill try and post them if i can refind them or any in the future.

A big discussion with nestor one their message board was that transol was bidding far too low. It makes since to get your foot in the door in the beg, but at some point you have to make some cash. I think nestor is at that realization and feels the pressure to put out higher bids so they can turn a profit. I am curious as to how their financing situation is going.
