    This is the joint tender for Plano,Richardson and Frisco that had 6 different companies tender over the last few months.
    It sets the standard now for the rest of Texas, a number of cities have stood back to see which provider won this tender. Should have a bearing on the decision making in Houston plus there are a number of other cities such as Fort Worth, Rowlett, and Dallas among others.
