Thanks for the insights and info on RDF. Always pleased to know more about what is likely to influence the share price of the biggest chunk of my super fund.

With regard to the book 'Serpent On The Rock', you might be able to find it in a bookstore near you by doing the following: call up www.abebooks.com, type in the title or author in the appropriate field, hit search, and voila! It will list a pile of booksellers which have it in stock. It might take a bit of scrolling to find a book dealer conveniently located for you, but most will take orders and post it anyway.

(I have found Abebooks is a great way to find those out of print and hard to get books).
