""Molopo Energy Limited: CEO Appointment and Strategy Review
Commenting on Mr Cloutier's appointment, Molopo's Chairman, Mr Greg Lewin, said, "The Board has engaged Steven Cloutier, to deliver a strategy of maximising the return to shareholders from the Company's current assets which as at 31 December 2012 included approximately US$70 million cash and 950 boep/d production; 26,000 acres in West Texas in the prospective Wolfcamp formation; 47,000 acres in Saskatchewan; 900,000 acres in South African onshore gas projects with a production right and 1.4 million acres in Quebec prospective for shale gas.

Steven's track record of realising shareholder value appreciation in his previous companies, together with his entrepreneurial approach, provide the Board with confidence that he can successfully lead the Company to value maximisation for Molopo's shareholders.""

Yes, but that was along time ago. And the typical Board's talks.

And we all know that Mr. Greg Lewin is not there anymore for whatever excuse they put up when he left. That is usually the normal Corporations talks.

As for the last paragraph of yours, well Jusik et all, without me telling and/or reminding you, I am sure that you all know what happened after that. Nothing, and only share price decimation.

What have we got left of those tenements now.??? And how much cash at Bank have we got now even after having sold some of those previosuly defined to be good tenements.

"to deliver a strategy of maximising the return to shareholders from the Company's current assets which as at 31 December 2012 included approximately US$70 million cash and 950 boep/d production; 26,000 acres in West Texas in the prospective Wolfcamp formation; 47,000 acres in Saskatchewan; 900,000 acres in South African onshore gas projects with a production right and 1.4 million acres in Quebec prospective for shale gas."

And there it is, in black and white.

Are we getting ready to be sold on to someone else.?? Just guessing and you can DYOR but, why wouldn't we be looked upon as a good catch by someone else when our market capital/value is less than the cash at Bank alone, and that is even without taking in consideration any of the other assets that we still own.

    Cheers, and Dyor.
