I believe it's possible that these side business units could have been some kind of leverage over GE before they got they started commercialising the laser tech, they may have kept the ball rolling GE way.
After all this is the most definitive state that I have seen this stock. It really sounds like Paducah and Willington will happen. Revenue will come if all goes to plan but its going to take some time. I don't know if I can wait that long as there are so many other ops with shorter term gain.
When SWUs prices increase we might see some action Wilmington, but there is so much uncertainty on that timeframe.
