Have been following GEM for many years, run some numbers given the SP slide and, if one assumes GEM make no more acquisitions in CY15 which is unlikely, then at $3.90 I estimate that the fwd EBIT will be circa 153m which is extremely conservative..( macquarie have $173m) which translates to NPAT of $93m Approx. This is a CY15 PE of 13.8x. She is cheap! priced ex-growth which is premature in my opinion...roll up story well intact, despite reg risk and acquisition multiples which may be increasing...
